A daily log created for the first 14 days with your baby. Babies loose a little weight after birth and this is NORMAL (we expect up to 7% weight loss) but we also like to see them get back up to birth weight by 2 weeks old, which is why my guide is designed for the first 14 days :) 

As a breastfeeding mom I know how it can be reassuring to know when your baby is getting enough breastmilk- it can alleviate unnecessary stressing. This log not only gives you a way to track wet/poopy diapers and feedings but encourages simple ways to prioritize yourself daily too.
